My name is Will Charkowsky, founder of E.P.I.C. Baseball & Softball, where the goal is simple — to help every athlete I work with reach their full potential and create a lasting impact that extends far beyond the field.

As a former collegiate catcher and professional player, I’ve experienced firsthand what it takes to compete and grow at every level of the game and also face plenty of adversity, on and off the field. Those experiences, from the grind of daily training to the lessons learned through the ups and downs, have shaped my approach to player development today.

 

E.P.I.C. stands for Every Play Is Crucial, a mindset that drives everything we do. It’s about preparation, intent, and consistency in the moments that matter most. Whether it’s practice or game time, I believe that each rep, throw, and decision is an opportunity to improve and separate yourself from the competition.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked with hundreds of baseball and softball athletes across the country through both in-person and online training. My focus is to help each athlete build efficient movement patterns, strengthen their mental approach, and develop the confidence to perform when the lights are brightest.

At E.P.I.C., the mission is bigger than just lowering pop times or improving mechanics. It’s about creating well-educated athletes who understand that every play is crucial and who carry that same discipline and focus into every aspect of their lives.
